During the consultation, we take an anamnesis together in order to analyze your current actual state. Identifying your goals is the fundamental objective. This way we can define your individual training program together.
2. Fitness Trial Training
During the trial training you can convince yourself of the quality of our coaching. You have the opportunity to get to know our studio and the equipment better. We place a high value on a private and familiar setting so that you may escape the stress of everyday life and feel at ease while training.
Individual Workout
1:1 Personal Training
Your training is focused on helping you achieve your individual goal as efficiently as possible. Together we develop the perfect training program for you and identify your best options. Your trainer walks alongside you as you workout, paying close attention to how each exercise is done properly. We place a high value on your success and want you to see the positive effect of the trainings as well as feel the benefits of your training in your day-to-day activities. You may also utilize our facilities for free, around-the-clock, starting with 2 personal training sessions each month!

Are you the perfect fitness companions or do you want a personalized and dynamic workout together with your training or life mate? If so, 1:2 Fitness Coaching is an excellent choice for you as there are several performance and motivational benefits to working in pairs. Of course, neither of you will loose out on the personalized fitness instruction. No matter if you are a novice or not, we will work together to get the best out of you while having a lot of fun!

During pregnancy, the body naturally changes and adapts. However, it doesn’t mean that you can’t feel comfortable in your body. Exercising helps you get used to the changes and accept them. You will also gain less unneeded weight and recover from childbirth more quickly. The healthier you are during pregnancy, the more your baby will benefit. Regular exercise will keep your metabolism in balance and support healthy growth in your unborn child.

3-Month Program
You want to work even more intensively on your goals? Whether you want to build muscle, lose weight, alleviate ailments or achieve sports-specific goals, in this training concept we will accompany you at regular intervals during your workouts. The number of coaching sessions you would like to attend each week is up to you. With our badge system, depending on the package, you also have the option of 24/7 access to our rooms and can thus train at will to achieve your goals even faster.
Once a month, we conduct a success dialog, in which we illustrate your previous successes, based on the bioimpedance analysis and your subjective feeling, and update your actual state. Through longer-term training planning and regular checks, we can optimize your training program and respond even more individually to your goals.
In the area of pain relief, you will benefit from the latest knowledge from our future physiotherapist.
